Dr. Jeff Snyder Brings Patient-First Advocacy to Harrisburg in Support of HB1106

Harrisburg, PA – June 10, 2025 — With a philosophy grounded in family values and results-driven care, Dr. Jeff Snyder, founder of Snyder Family Chiropractic in Phoenixville and PCA’s 2022 Chiropractor of the Year, joined fellow doctors at the Pennsylvania State Capitol to advocate for House Bill 1106.

HB1106 is a bipartisan bill with over 30 legislative cosponsors, led by Representative Lisa Borowski. It would allow chiropractors to delegate basic rehabilitative procedures to certified support staff under direct supervision. Current law prohibits this, creating unnecessary inefficiencies and limiting patient access. HB1106 brings Pennsylvania in line with widely adopted national standards.

“I built my practice on treating patients like family. That means giving them the most efficient, compassionate, and high-quality care possible,” said Dr. Snyder. “HB1106 doesn’t change what we do, it just helps us do it better.”

A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science, and later Life University’s School of Chiropractic, Dr. Snyder blends evidence-based care with a warm, approachable style. His practice serves patients of all ages and is built almost entirely on word-of-mouth referrals.

“Chiropractors are highly trained, and our teams are trained too,” Dr. Snyder said. “Right now, Pennsylvania law prevents us from delegating even routine therapies like guided rehab. That’s a disservice to patients and a barrier to growth. HB1106 fixes that.”

The Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association proudly recognizes Dr. Snyder’s leadership, service, and patient-centered approach. His presence at PCA Lobby Day reflects the values that define modern chiropractic care: clinical excellence, ethical delivery, and a fierce commitment to patient outcomes.
