DR. JEFFREY SNYDER AWARDED 2022 PENNSYLVANIA CHIROPRACTOR OF THE YEAR
Philadelphia, PA. 24 May 2022 — The Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association (PCA) is pleased to announce Dr. Jeffrey Snyder, of Phoenixville, PA, is the recipient of the 2022 Pennsylvania Chiropractor of the Year Award. Dr. Snyder, a graduate of Penn State University and Life University, School of Chiropractic, was also honored with the PCA Service Award for 2022.
The Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association’s Chiropractor of the Year Award honors a chiropractor who exemplifies enthusiastic commitment to chiropractic profession and to the mission of the PCA. Since joining PCA in 2010, Dr. Snyder has served in many leadership roles within the organization including: Treasurer of the PCA Board of Directors, Eastern Region Director, Finance Committee Chair, Secretary to the Board of Directors, Continuing Education Committee Chair, Legislative Committee, Executive Committee, Membership Committee, and Annual Convention Committee. Doctor Mike Burak of Huntingdon Valley Chiropractic Centre nominated Dr. Jeffrey Snyder for the annual award, which was voted upon by PCA the membership to select a winner from among all nominees.
Dr. Snyder also received the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association 2022 Service Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership and dedicated service to PCA in the aforementioned roles. The Service Award is given upon the PCS President’s discretion to a deserving chiropractor. In addition to professional service, Dr. Snyder is well known for service to his local community. He has been a presenter at local schools and colleges for health careers day and he has spoken in the local business community about various health topics, workplace safety, and care of the spine in achieving optimal wellness. Dr. Snyder has consistently supported various community events.
Upon learning of being named Pennsylvania Chiropractor of the Year, Dr. Snyder remarked, “I was taken quite by surprise when I learned that members of PCA had voted for me as Chiropractor of the Year. I’ve always thought of myself as someone who is simply doing his small part within a grander plan of providing chiropractic care to elevate personal health in a holistic manner. I hope that other chiropractors will be inspired to get involved in PCA and in their local community. We all have something valuable to contribute and together we can make a difference for healthier patients and healthier communities.”
A native of Philadelphia, Dr. Snyder attended Northeast High School (1987) before studying Exercise Science at Penn State University (1992) and receiving a Doctor of Chiropractic from the prestigious Life University College of Chiropractic in Atlanta, GA. Since 2007, Dr. Snyder has owned Snyder Family Chiropractic in Phoenixville, PA.
Dr. Snyder brings his down-to-earth personality and enthusiasm into everything he does, professionally and personally. His philosophy of patient care is to help his patients be well, feel in tune with their body’s wisdom, and lead lives full of vitality and fun. In treating patients, Dr. Snyder draws upon his vast knowledge and experience in the health sciences, chiropractic, and sports medicine. Within his dynamic practice, Dr. Snyder focusses on helping people of all ages who have experienced a work or sports related injury and supporting optimal health across the lifespan through preventative chiropractic care. In his leisure time, Dr. Snyder enjoys reading, travel, sport and fitness activities, cooking, photography, and sharing life’s journey with his wife and three children.
