Chiropractic Adjustments
We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing time-tested chiropractic techniques such as Thompson Terminal Drop, Upper Cervical, Torque Release Technique, Network Spinal Analysis, Chiropractic Bio-Physics, Webster Technique and a myriad of other effective techniques. The Doctor adjusts either by hand, or with an instrument that delivers safe and effective neuro-spinal correction. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Snyder has years of training and experience in spinal adjustment. Think of an adjustment as “tuning” a guitar, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
Nutritional Supplementation
We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patient´s return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Dr. Snyder provides recommendations on proper supplementation based on your individual needs. We’ve partnered with Pure Encapsulations to provide you the best options for your overall general nutritional support.
Corrective Exercises
We teach our patients special “blueprint” exercises designed
just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique
problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your
own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal
correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal
misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or
strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and
stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.
Spinal Stabilizing Orthotics
Foundation of Your Body- Your feet are the foundation of
your body. They support you when you stand, walk, or run. And they
help protect your spine, bones, and soft tissues from damaging
stress as you move around. Your feet perform better when all their
muscles, arches, and bones are in their ideal stable positions. The
foot is constructed with three arches which, when properly
maintained, give exceptional supportive strength. These three
arches form a supporting vault that distributes the weight of the
entire body. If there is compromise of one arch in the foot, the
other arches must compensate and are subject to additional
stresses, which usually leads to further compromise. It’s a chain
reaction. We know alleviating pain in one part of your body often
requires treating a different part. The pain you feel in your neck
could be caused by a misalignment in your spine that is caused by
unbalanced positioning in your feet. See? It’s a chain reaction. By
stabilizing and balancing your feet, Foot Levelers
orthotics enhance your body’s performance and efficiency, reduce pain, and contribute to your total body wellness. Spinal Stabilizing orthotics complement your chiropractic care when you stand, walk, and live your active life.
